As a D365 CRM Functional Senior, your responsibilities include working on CRM engagements to design and implement innovative solutions, collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements, participating in application design sessions, ensuring project documentation is thorough, configuring and customizing CRM applications, and ensuring the design aligns with business needs. You will also be responsible for fostering teamwork, training and mentoring project resources, and contributing to organization-wide people initiatives. Key skills required for this role include a minimum of 3-7 years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience, strong project implementation experience in D365, working on large transformation programs, client-facing engagements, agile delivery and deployment experience, familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. A degree in BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with industry experience is preferred. If you have hands-on experience with D365 CRM Configuration & Customization and are D365 CRM Certified, it would be considered a plus.
