Description
As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions to address client business challenges. Your role will require a combination of technical expertise and consultative skills to drive execution through configuration, client collaboration, UAT support, and adherence to best practices. Ideal candidates for this position should excel in declarative Salesforce, possess a good understanding of technical concepts, and be able to effectively bridge business and technical conversations. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable Salesforce solution designs. - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, record-triggered automations, page layouts, and reports. - Utilize deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes to advise clients on sales cycles, case management, knowledge base, entitlements, omni-channel, etc. - Design and implement integrations, data models, and extensions in collaboration with technical leads and developers using Apex, LWC, APIs. - Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, are scalable, and minimize technical debt. - Implement sustainable and maintainable solutions that support future enhancements and scaling needs. Delivery Execution: - Participate in Agile ceremonies to align delivery and priorities. - Support QA and UAT cycles, perform defect triage, and ensure go-live readiness. - Prepare release notes, solution documentation, and enablement materials. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: - Facilitate workshops, clarify edge cases, and present solution demos and walkthroughs. - Collaborate with client product owners, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. - Identify risks, dependencies, or design gaps and escalate proactively to project leadership. Knowledge Sharing Practice Development: - Contribute reusable components, flows, and documentation to the practice. - Collaborate with peers, deliver internal training, and share learnings from projects. - Participate in Salesforce release readiness reviews and evaluate new platform features for adoption. Success in this role is defined by the ability to: - Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, on time and on budget within the scope of the SOW. - Build trusted relationships with clients and delivery teams by demonstrating solution expertise and execution reliability. - Work across multiple Salesforce engagements simultaneously. - Quickly adapt to new Salesforce features and client contexts. - Collaborate effectively across technical and business teams with clear communication and influence. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in software development life cycle, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform. - In-depth expertise in Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud use cases. - Hands-on experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. - Hands-on experience in designing Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; one or more Consultant certs strongly preferred. - Proven experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including configuration and low-code automation. - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Experience working in agile delivery environments. - Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce offerings such as Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.,
