You will elevate your expertise and lead intelligent automation initiatives to shape the future of operational efficiencies. As an Operations Automation Senior Associate within the Operations Team, you will conduct independent intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function. Your role involves translating process improvements and solutions for operational efficiencies, implementing automation and digitization strategies, and delivering outcomes to support the Operations function. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to support all aspects of process automation engagements, adhering to the firm's standards and controls. You will implement the operational automation strategy using intelligent automation tools and work with technology to create the required infrastructure for low-code automation capabilities. Additionally, you will utilize intelligent automation solutions to automate functions, create capacity, reduce risks, and streamline operational processes. Furthermore, you will coach and mentor less experienced team members on automation tools, potentially creating and delivering training courses on workflow automation. You will also identify and collaborate with key stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics to deliver benefits from operational automation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in gathering and analyzing complex data, with a proven ability to develop accurate conclusions. Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite is required, along with knowledge of intelligence automation applications and/or programming languages. Experience in consistent collaboration across all levels of the business is also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher degree, advanced skills in business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.,
