The TPM will advise, plan, and lead project teams to implement and sustain a variety of solutions for systems that use Salesforce and other industry leading CRMs. Our ideal candidates are analytical, organized multitaskers with strong business acumen and knowledge of consulting practices. Role and Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure flawless execution. Own the Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives. Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing; collaborate with the PMO and Delivery Team leaders on forecasting and invoicing. Work closely with design, development, and implementation teams to understand technical and functional aspects of the project. Anticipate and analyze risks, maintain a project risk log and proactively address risks to prevent escalation. Ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders through structured updates and reports. Adapt project management frameworks based on client & project needs. Serve as a consultative partner to clients, articulating solutions and guiding teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. Maintain strong financial oversight across project delivery while also aligning with clients’ goals to identify and accelerate high-value opportunities Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years in hands-on project management roles. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech); post-graduate or management degrees are advantageous. Extensive experience managing IT consulting projects - preferably within the Salesforce/CRM domain. Strong grasp of project management methodologies, with practical experience applying Agile/Hybrid frameworks. Proficiency in Jira or equivalent project tracking tools such as Asana, Rally, or ClickUp. Technical fluency - either through direct experience in BA, Dev or QA roles, or the ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts effectively. Ability to comprehend team deliverables and quality Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset. High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to lead teams as well as manage stakeholders across all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred certifications: PMP (strongly preferred), CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM. Role Summary : We are seeking a Contact Center Engagement Lead to drive the success of complex Salesforce and Vonage Contact Center implementations. This role blends strategic client leadership, technical understanding of SCV and Intelligent Workspace, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce/Vonage solution teams, and delivery partnersensuring alignment across architecture, integration, and customer experience outcomes. Guide decision-making on integration with Intelligent Workspace, ensuring agents have unified access to context and tools. Ensure technical documentation, testing, and training are delivered to high standards. Drive solution adoption and measurable performance outcomes post go-live. Team Collaboration & Mentorship Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers across multiple agile teams. Mentor delivery team members in SCV and Intelligent Workspace best practices. Promote internal knowledge sharing and standardization across contact center engagements. Sales & Account Growth Support pre-sales discussions by shaping SCV and Vonage solution strategies. Assist in estimating level of effort and defining Statements of Work (SOWs). Identify and nurture opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Required: 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce contact center or CRM transformation engagements. Proven success managing delivery of Vonage Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, or Intelligent Workspace solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, CTI integrations, and voice channel configuration. Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery. Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications required.
