Job Description

As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions to address client business challenges. Your responsibilities will involve translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs, configuring Salesforce objects, fields, flows, automations, and reports, as well as designing and implementing integrations, data models, and extensions in collaboration with technical leads and developers. Your expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes will be key in advising clients and ensuring all solutions follow Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable Salesforce solution designs. - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, record-triggered automations, page layouts, and reports. - Advise clients on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes. - Design and implement integrations, data models, and extensions. - Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and minimize technical debt. - Implement sustainable and maintainable solutions supporting future enhancements. Delivery Execution: - Participate in Agile ceremonies to align delivery and priorities. - Support QA and UAT cycles, manage go-live readiness. - Prepare release notes, solution documentation, and enablement materials. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: - Facilitate workshops, present solution demos and walkthroughs. - Collaborate with client product owners, delivery leads, and project managers. - Identify risks, dependencies, or design gaps and escalate proactively. Knowledge Sharing Practice Development: - Contribute reusable components, flows, and documentation. - Collaborate with peers, deliver internal training, and share project learnings. - Participate in Salesforce release readiness reviews. Success in this role is defined by: - Delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions within scope and on time. - Building trusted relationships with clients and delivery teams. - Working across multiple Salesforce engagements simultaneously. - Showing learning agility and adapting to new Salesforce features. - Collaborating effectively across technical and business teams. Requirements: - 7+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years on Salesforce platform. - Expertise in Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud use cases. - Hands-on experience in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; Consultant certs preferred. - Experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and agile delivery environments. - Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce offerings. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.,
