Role Overview: As a MSD CRM Architect at EY, you will utilize your deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration and customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing). Your role will involve designing the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements, collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements, and developing CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the design aligns with the business requirements and work cooperatively in a team environment to deliver exceptional solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements - Analyze and design phases of projects - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions - Conduct application design sessions and make solution recommendations - Possess a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Configure and customize CRM applications - Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure that design is in line with business requirements - Work cooperatively in a team environment - Remain flexible on changing workloads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 9+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience is a must - Hands-on experience in writing plugins - Experience in large transformation programs in an onshore offshore delivery model - Client-facing engagement experience - Design and coding experience in skills viz.
