As a MSD CRM Senior at EY, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration and customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing). Your main job purpose will be to work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture, analyze and design phases of projects, collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements, and translate them into solutions. You will also participate in application design sessions, provide solution recommendations, and ensure that the design aligns with business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing CRM Applications using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions, having a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM, configuring and customizing CRM applications, and remaining flexible in a changing workload environment. Additionally, you will be expected to build a quality culture, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience, hands-on development experience in writing plugins, worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model, and client-facing engagements. You should also possess design and coding experience in skills such as Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM, experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes, familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA degree with a sound industry experience of 8+ years is required. Preferred skills for this role include CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins, etc.) and D365 CRM Certification.
