Job Summary

The VP Engineering / Delivery Manager is responsible for leading engineering teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality technical execution across multiple projects
This role oversees software development processes, resource allocation, client communication, and delivery excellence
The position requires strong technical leadership, project governance, and experience working with onsite/offshore/outsourced teams

Key Responsibilities

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in engineering or delivery leadership roles
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management
Experience managing large engineering teams and multiple projects
Ability to manage client relationships and delivery escalations
Strong technical understanding of modern development stacks and cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT services, SaaS, or outsourcing environments
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or cloud technologies
