About the Role

As a Manager of Platform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will lead the team responsible for supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, driving reliability initiatives, and ensuring high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing team of Platform SREs supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Architect, automate, monitor, and operate scalable platforms using modern DevOps and SRE principles.
Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and incident response frameworks.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align reliability initiatives with strategic goals.
Represent the Platform SRE team in executive forums and external conferences.
Manage delivery schedules, team priorities, and resource allocation to meet SLAs and business objectives.
Instil standards and processes that ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Influence organizational change through technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
