- Manage the day-to-day operations of Agile teams, facilitating SAFe Agile ceremonies and driving innovation through domain-driven development.
- Coach teams on story points-based estimation, manage RAG (Red, Amber, Green) dashboards, and promote continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain RAG dashboards to track team progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Drive technical discussions, leveraging your technical background to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Assess Agile maturity and develop tailored coaching plans for teams and individuals.
- Identify and address anti-patterns, ensuring healthy Agile practices within delivery teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile transformation environment.
- Deep expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks, agile ceremonies, story points-based estimation, and domain-driven development.
- Experience developing and managing RAG dashboards for team performance and risk tracking.
- Technical background in software development, QA, or DevOps, with the ability to drive technical discussions.
- Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence for workflow management and reporting.
- Awareness of prepaid services or payments domain technologies (e.g., AWS, timeseries data, or payment systems).
- Strong understanding of the impact and interplay of systems to ensure cohesive team delivery.
- Strong client-interfacing, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide teams and individuals.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days work-from-office, 2 days work-from-home).
- Early joiners preferred to accelerate project delivery.
