Job Description:

Client Relationship & Consultative Selling

• Own and manage strategic client relationships across levels, from delivery teams to CXO stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding business needs and translating them into scalable technology solutions
• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  

Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-geo projects
• Manage global stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners
• Drive Agile, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices
  

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Provide strong technical oversight ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions
• Engage with clients on

  AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives

• Implement best-in-class delivery tools, frameworks, and processes
  

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Drive client account growth and identify new business opportunities
• Partner with business development, creative, and technical teams for solutioning
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams
• Continuously evaluate and enhance team performance and engagement
  

Hands-on Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Stay closely involved in execution and emerging technology trends
• Champion innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering

  large-scale global technology programs

• Should have experience in handling cloud or salesforce projecs

• Strong background in

  consultative selling and client relationship management

• Solid understanding of

  AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
• Strong grasp of

  Agile delivery, governance, and operational Excellence

• Multi-domain experience will be a strong advantage
