Senior Delivery Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Delivery Manager at UST in Trivandrum, you will lead and manage both on-site and virtual teams effectively across diverse geographies. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end Delivery Management with strong technical expertise in Wintel, Storage, Network, and SD-WAN technologies. Additionally, you will manage multi-technology teams across various service lines and technical towers. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate experience in RFP solutioning, large-scale operations, and third-party service integrations. - Proficiency in ITIL, Agile, and SRE frameworks with hands-on knowledge of service management and incident resolution processes. - Deep understanding of the BFSI domain with extensive experience supporting NBFC clients and proven ability to handle PAN-India accounts, ensuring consistent service excellence. - Solid grasp of enterprise security products and related best practices is required along with strong financial acumen including knowledge of P&L, EBITDA, and budgetary controls. - Excellent customer-facing skills with a focus on building long-term strategic relationships. - Managing escalations, driving incident resolution, and ensuring SLA adherence are key responsibilities. - Skills in people management, team mentorship, performance evaluations, strategic resource planning, and prioritization to meet dynamic business needs. - Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Well-versed in change management and continuous improvement initiatives, proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools, and possess strong organizational and leadership capabilities. - Coaching and developing junior team members.
