Position Summary
The Product Delivery Department at ConveGenius drives large-scale execution across states through two complementary verticals - SwiftAI, which leads top-down system initiatives with state leadership, and SwiftSchool, which drives bottom-up classroom adoption and on-ground impact.
The
Senior Manager in the SwiftSchool Product Delivery team
is a core leadership role overseeing 2-3 state programs, ensuring high-quality adoption of SwiftSchool solutions SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, Swiftee, and supporting interventions. The role ensures reliable delivery, strong teacher and student usage, and measurable learning gains at scale, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead delivery planning and implementation of SwiftSchool programs across 2-3 states, ensuring alignment with each state s education priorities and ConveGenius s strategic goals.
- Translate strategic decisions, product releases, and instructional design goals into actionable bottom-up implementation plans.
- Guide State Program Managers in developing annual work plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms
- Design and run pilots and cost-impact experiments to refine scalable delivery models
Program & Product Delivery (Multi-state oversight)
- Oversee delivery quality across assigned states and ensure timely execution of all milestones, anticipating cross-state risks and managing escalations through strong governance structures.
- Coordinate with Product, Content, Tech, Training, HR, Ops, and other teams to secure dependencies and unblock delivery challenges.
- Strengthen feedback loops to central teams to inform product improvements and delivery design.
- Support state teams in building complete readiness - ICT readiness, stakeholder orientations, and positive momentum for program rollout.
Program Implementation & Adoption
- Drive strong classroom adoption and usage quality of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, and AI-enabled tools across all assigned states.
- Monitor implementation health across states, identify emerging challenges early, and guide State teams to address them at scale.
- Ensure adoption routines, calendars, and classroom practices remain consistent and effective across states.
- Channel insights from classrooms across states to Product, Content, Training, and Tech to improve usability and learning impact.
Stakeholder & Partner Alignment
- Support in the stakeholder management by providing timely delivery insights, early risk signals, and on-ground insights to strengthen state/funder/partner level communication and storytelling.
- Build working relationships with State officials (Education Department, Samagra Shiksha, SCERT) to ease delivery and implementation, while Growth & Impact team leads formal state-level stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure SPMs coordinate operationally with state/district/block teams and escalate local issues early.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Set the talent and culture bar by guiding SPMs on hiring well, shaping a prestigious Fellowship, and ensuring roles feel worthwhile and career-building.
- Build a culture obsessed with learning impact, helping teams to navigate constraints creatively and stay focused on outcomes.
- Ensure teams internalize delivery standards, SOPs, ways of working, and escalation pathways.
Data, Monitoring & Impact
- Review and monitor program KPIs across states to identify clear narratives, patterns, and recommendations for course-correction, leadership review, and business planning.
- Ensure strong data governance practices by reinforcing adherence to data protection and handling norms, reporting discipline and evidence-driven decision making.
- Drive thought leadership by synthesizing multi-state insights into external-ready case studies, learning papers, and stories that help the wider ecosystem learn from CG s work.
Cross-Functional & Cross-Vertical Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Manager - SwiftAI to integrate top-down system strategies with bottom-up classroom execution.
- Contribute to the broader SwiftSchool team by working closely with 2-3 key central teams such as Product, Content, Training, Marketing, Legal, HR, Business Partners, or the Founder s Office (based on need and expertise). This vertical contribution is grounded in strong performance in the Senior Manager s own geographies, which forms the foundation for the value they bring to cross-functional teams and the SwiftSchool vertical as a whole.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of total experience with atleast 3+ years leading large-scale programs or multi-layered delivery teams in EdTech, GovTech, CSR-funded programs, or similar field-intensive environments.
- Proven ability to work with government stakeholders and ecosystem partners (SCERT, Samagra Shiksha, district leadership, funders) and drive outcomes across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to guide strategic decisions and improve delivery.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/MPA/MA-Education is an advantage), along with proficiency in English, Hindi, and ideally one regional language.
