About the Role: We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage organic search strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and contributing directly to lead generation through meticulous keyword targeting, technical optimization, content planning, and backlink strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of both the technical and creative aspects of SEO and is comfortable owning performance KPIs. Key Responsibilities: 🔍 Keyword Research & Mapping Conduct seed and long-tail keyword research focused on IT outsourcing and tech talent platforms. Create keyword maps and assign target keywords to specific landing pages and blog content. Use tools such as Google Sheets, Ubersuggest, and Google Keyword Planner for mapping and analysis. 🧱 On-Page SEO Optimization Optimize core pages such as Home, Subscription Plans, and Developer Publishing for meta tags, headers, and internal linking. Ensure all key pages are indexable and aligned with mapped keywords. Collaborate with design and dev teams to implement SEO-friendly site architecture and page speed improvements. 📝 Content Marketing Plan and oversee the execution of blog posts and landing pages targeting long-tail and competitive keywords. Ensure content includes clear CTAs aligned to the lead gen funnel (e.g., Signups, Demo Bookings). Coordinate with content writers to align SEO goals with engaging storytelling. 🔗 Backlink Building & Off-Page SEO Develop and manage backlink strategies including guest posting, directory submissions, and HARO participation. Target high-authority domains in the SaaS, B2B, and tech outsourcing space. Track domain authority growth and backlink acquisition using Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, and other tools. 📈 Lead Generation Funnel Optimization Align SEO efforts with TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU assets including blogs, ebooks, case studies, and landing pages. Collaborate with the Growth team to connect organic traffic with leads and conversions. Assist in A/B testing CTAs and improving funnel performance metrics. 🎯 Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, lead conversions, domain authority, and backlink quality. Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Mailchimp to generate insights and guide decision-making. Continuously iterate based on analytics to improve organic performance and user intent alignment. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house). Proven success in growing traffic and improving SERP rankings in competitive niches. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Mailchimp, and Typeform. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink building. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with remote teams is a plus. Nice to Have: Understanding of SaaS or marketplace ecosystems. Experience with lead generation funnels. Ability to manage freelancers or content writers. Why Join Us?
