Sr. Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Developer, your role involves designing, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will be working with project stakeholders to understand requirements, design technical solutions, and lead a team of developers. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, configuring, and coding Salesforce products and solutions - Engaging with project stakeholders to define technical solutions based on business requirements - Developing interfaces and custom reports while adhering to best practices - Defining test plans, conducting testing, and managing deployment to various environments - Supporting development enhancements and change requests - Leading and managing a development team for module(s) / function(s) - Coordinating with customer teams for solution design, development, testing, and deployment - Supporting presales activities with technical responses, effort estimations, and demo configurations - Maintaining deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions - Conducting technical workshops to share knowledge internally - Mentoring junior developers to enhance their skills and promote a collaborative environment Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC, SLDS, Workflows, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML - Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies - Salesforce Certification(s) - Platform Developer I Certification is required - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience - Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, architecture standards, and SFDX Preferred skills include Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Data Modelling, Integration, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Additionally, having experience in Industries Cloud (Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare & Life science) is beneficial. Key competencies for this role include excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be reporting to the Salesforce Architect.
