We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to support business needs. This includes working with stakeholders, customizing Salesforce features, writing Apex code, and building integrations with other systems. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Good understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods. Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and data modeling in Salesforce. Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries. Familiar with deployment tools like Change Sets, VS Code with Salesforce CLI, or ANT. Good to Have: Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset). Knowledge of Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Job Scope and Accountabilities: This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities: All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules. All aspects of salesforce.com CPQ configuration and management including SKU setup/deactivation, configuring and managing pricing rules, mail merge templates, quote templates, quote terms, product rules and option constraints. All aspects of Certinia (PSA) configuration and management including project creation and clicklink rule configuration, permission controls, billing events, assignments and timecard settings, Scheduled APEX jobs, Work Calendars, etc. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. Sandbox environment management. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Identify unused or under-utilized platform features. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. User support tickets New user and ongoing user training Technical documentation Working with integrated applications including Docusign, Hubspot, NetSuite, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoominfo, SalesLoft, Loopio. Qualifications and Experience Required: Strong salesforce.com product knowledge with 4-5 years of Salesforce Administrator hands-on experience. Certified Salesforce Administrator required. Experience gathering requirements form vague concepts with ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Experience understanding commercial business drivers and an appreciation of these in the context of technology. Experience working in an Agile methodology environment is desirable Salesforce LWC, Lightning, SOQL & SOSL Queries An understanding of web technologies and web application development is desirable. Formal diploma or certification in IT, business, engineering or a comparable field. Force.com Apex, VisualForce Flex a Plus Excellent written skills producing documentation to a high standard. Outstanding verbal communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills. Sound knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks and tools with strong experience using SDLC.
