Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Salesforce Developer

to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience working on

4 to 8 Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects

, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, customization, and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Work on Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP integrations.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to junior developers when needed.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, governor limits, coding standards, and platform best practices.
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and version control systems.
Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience with
4-8 Salesforce projects
(end-to-end or major modules).
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with
Salesforce APIs
, integrations, and middleware tools.
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limitations.
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools is a plus.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g.,
Platform Developer I/II
) are highly preferred.
