Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, andimplement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. As an engineer, you willlead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimalutilization of Salesforce's capabilities to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Partner with business stakeholders and other teams to gatherrequirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions
• Development: Develop custom solutions and components using Salesforcetechnologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Integration: Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems usingREST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party platforms
• Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, andapproval processes to meet business requirements
• Code Review: Conduct and drive code reviews ensuring best practices and alignmentwith Salesforce development guidelines
• Maintenance: Regularly monitor and troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, andsupport ongoing platform maintenance and upgrades
• Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements, particularly on newreleases, technologies, and tools to enhance the business environment

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience
• Experience in developing Apex classes, triggers, integration, LWC and Aura components,Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc)
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II orArchitect track is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and versioncontrol tools like Git
• Preferred Skills:Expertise in Sales, Service and experience Cloud
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
• An understanding of security, compliance, and data governance within the Salesforceecosystem
• Soft Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders andteams
• Ability to work independently while steering collaborative team efforts
