Sr. Salesforce Developer

As a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in building scalable, secure, and business-driven Salesforce solutions. Your deep technical expertise will be utilized to collaborate across teams, ensuring that Salesforce is effectively leveraged to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and develop various Salesforce components such as Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. - Integrate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality. - Ensure clean, reusable, and optimized code by conducting peer reviews and adhering to Salesforce best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins to drive automation and efficiency in deployment processes. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governance standards. - Proactively identify risks and recommend scalable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations including REST/SOAP and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory). - Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications (preferred). Preferred Experience: - Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Experience with AppExchange solutions like Conga, DocuSign, CPQ. - Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations.
