Job Title: Finance Business Partner & FPNA - Manager

Organization: Large Global MNC

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Budget: Upto 25LPA


Role Objective:

The Finance Business Partner is a critical role responsible for enabling the business to make strategic decisions to drive performance across products and services. This role involves partnering with various business units to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive value creation.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Strategic Support:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering commercial and financial decision support

• Challenge business profitability and drive future performance

• Support the Finance Director with month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and planning

Investment & Contract Management:

• Develop and track investment business cases and cost-saving initiatives

• Lead financial support for 3rd party contract renewals and negotiations

• Partner in hyperscaler contract discussions (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) with financial projections and strategic insights

Reporting & Analysis:

• Deliver monthly performance analysis against commitments, highlighting risks and opportunities

• Ensure compliance with group hedging policies

• Liaise with divisional teams to validate forecasts and interlocks

• Prepare clear and impactful presentations (QPR, BP packs, waterfalls, dashboards)

FP&A & Financial Modelling:

• Support the Head of FP&A in planning, analysis, and reporting

• Build and maintain financial models and tools to improve data quality and timeliness

• Drive performance improvement through collaboration with divisional finance and operations teams

Compliance & Process Excellence:

• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and policies

• Ensure alignment with group standards and best practices


Candidate Profile:

• CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• 8–10 years post-qualification experience in FP&A, accounting, and management reporting

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience in financial modelling, strategic analysis, and performance improvement
