Requirements

• 
  Design and implement Salesforce solutions for partner management, aligned with the overall architecture.
  
• Independently handle the conception and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  
• Provide expert advice and support to the Product Owner, team members, stakeholders, and users regarding the Salesforce system.
  
• Assist with the integration of Salesforce into our existing IT infrastructure.
  
• Develop (programmatically) solutions and processes based on the Salesforce Platform, adhering to development standards.
  
• Define business and technical requirements.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development practices.

Must Have:

• 
  6-10 years of development experience.
• 
  Several years of experience consulting on and implementing the Salesforce Core Platform.
• 
  Strong knowledge of current software development methodologies and Salesforce technologies.
• 
  Proficiency in APEX.
• 
  Experience with Git and the Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
• 
  Experience with agile methodologies.
• 
  Agile mindset.
• 
  Proven experience in defining business and technical requirements.

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience in API design and integrating Salesforce into our system landscape.
• 
  Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• 
  Experience in front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• 
  Salesforce certifications.
