Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk cum HR Admin to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional individual who can manage front desk operations while actively supporting the HR department with recruitment and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately. Handle courier and mail distribution, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure the front office area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times. HR Recruitment Responsibilities: Assist in identifying staffing needs and job descriptions in coordination with department heads. Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in shortlisting candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding processes for new hires including documentation, induction, and coordination with other departments. Assist in organizing recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities. Administrative Support: Maintain employee records and support daily HR operations. Handle routine HR documentation, letters, and employee queries. Provide administrative support for HR-related initiatives, events, compliance tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar front office or recruitment role is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
