Role Overview: As an IT Business Senior Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists to ensure the exchange of information in a clear and concise manner. Your main objective will be to contribute to the continuous exploration of business performance and drive business planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Define business, financial, and operations requirements in collaboration with decision makers, systems owners, and end users - Identify and establish the scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions - Analyze business processes, identify capability gaps, and determine necessary data sources, interfaces, and process changes - Generate reports based on findings, highlighting probable causes and proposing potential solutions to systems issues - Provide advice on technology and operations, ensure adherence to essential procedures, and contribute to defining standards - Filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources, and perform any other assigned duties Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis - Must have knowledge in the Financial domain, experience in Regulatory reporting is preferred - Proficient in Agile delivery and JIRA story management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques effectively - Demonstrated interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Note: This job description offers a brief overview of the role and responsibilities.
