Sr. IT Business Analyst - Assistant Vice President C12

The IT Business Senior Analyst position is an intermediate-level role that involves facilitating communication between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively and logically. You will work closely with the Technology team to contribute to the continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance to drive business planning. Your responsibilities will include defining business, financial, and operations requirements, identifying system goals in partnership with decision makers, and analyzing business processes to address capability gaps. Additionally, you will be expected to generate reports based on findings, provide advice related to technology or operations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis, with a strong knowledge of the Financial domain. Experience in Regulatory reporting is preferred, along with proficiency in Agile delivery and JIRA story management. Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential qualifications for this position. You will also need to demonstrate interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills, along with the ability to prioritize and validate complex information from multiple sources. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
