Role Description This is a full-time role for an HR & Operations Executive. Own day-to-day HR & operations and be the founder’s executor. You’ll run hiring, manage projects, track finance & compliance, manage founder’s inbox/calendar. • Hiring ops: Post JDs, screen, schedule, coordinate offers & onboarding. • Manage projects: Manage projects and status updates from team. • Payroll & bill-pay: Run monthly payroll, reimbursements, vendor payouts; maintain clean records. • Founder support: Triage emails, draft replies, manage calendar, prep daily briefings, book travel. • Accounting: Reconcile statements, organize invoices, keep ledgers up to date. • Compliance: Coordinate TDS/GST filings with the CA; maintain a compliance calendar. • Reporting: Deliver monthly P&L and a simple cash-flow view; quarterly summaries. Qualifications 2–5 years in HR/operations/admin in a software or tech company. Strong English; crisp, bullet-style communication. Google Sheets/Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PIVOT). Willingness to learn fast. Interest in adapting AI tools. High discretion; comfort working next to the founder, interrupting for urgencies. In-office availability (Coimbatore).

This is a full-time role for an HR & Operations Executive where you will be responsible for owning day-to-day HR & operations tasks and acting as the founders" executor. Your main duties will include running hiring processes, managing projects, tracking finance & compliance, and handling the founder's inbox and calendar. In terms of hiring operations, you will be required to post job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and manage the onboarding process. For project management, you will oversee projects and ensure timely status updates from the team. Supporting the founder will involve triaging emails, drafting replies, managing the calendar, preparing daily briefings, and organizing travel arrangements. In terms of accounting responsibilities, you will reconcile statements, organize invoices, and ensure that ledgers are kept up to date. Regarding compliance tasks, you will coordinate TDS/GST filings with the CA and maintain a compliance calendar. You will also be responsible for delivering monthly Profit & Loss statements and providing a simple cash-flow view, as well as quarterly summaries. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or administration within a software or tech company. Strong English communication skills, particularly in a crisp, bullet-style format, are essential. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including functions like SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and PIVOT, is required. A willingness to learn quickly, an interest in adapting AI tools, and the ability to exercise high discretion and work closely with the founder are key attributes for this role. In-office availability in Coimbatore is necessary.,
