What You’ll Be Doing at MSA

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Advertising Expertise:

    Be a pro in

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    and

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max). You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end focused on

    lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness

    .
  • Advanced Audience Targeting:

    Build, test, and scale

    precisely targeted ad campaigns

    . Create and manage

    custom and lookalike audiences

    , retarget website visitors and engaged users, and segment audiences by behavior, interest, and funnel stage to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization:

    Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and conversion refining bidding strategies, placements, and creative performance to achieve CPL and ROAS targets.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC. Build insightful weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable takeaways and data-backed recommendations.
  • Creative Testing & Experimentation:

    Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Tracking & Pixel Setup:

    Collaborate with tech teams to ensure accurate

    pixel/event tracking

    , conversion API integration, and ad account hygiene.
  • SEO & Organic Growth:

    Coordinate with the content and branding teams to drive organic traffic through SEO, keyword strategy, and consistent online visibility.
  • Automation & Retargeting Flows:

    Build remarketing funnels and drip campaigns using CRM data and pixel-based audiences to nurture leads effectively.
  • Competitor & Trend Analysis:

    Stay updated with algorithm changes, new targeting tools, and ad format innovations to keep MSA’s campaigns industry-leading.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Has

    2–4 years of proven experience

    in

    performance marketing and audience targeting

  • Is

    highly skilled in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads ecosystem

    (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Has in-depth experience with

    Custom & Lookalike Audiences

    ,

    Retargeting Strategies

    , and

    Full-Funnel Audience Mapping

  • Can optimize campaigns based on data insights, achieving strong ROAS and CPL goals
  • Is fluent in building

    multi-layered audience segments

    for B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Knows SEO fundamentals and has a grasp of

    content-driven organic growth

  • Works collaboratively with creative, content, and leadership teams
  • Is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with exceptional time management skills

Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience in

    healthcare, dental tech, or education

    marketing
  • Certifications in

    Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or Google Analytics 4

  • Familiarity with

    AI-driven ad optimization platforms

    or audience intelligence tools
  • A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing

    successful ad targeting and scaling results
