As part of our continued growth, MSA is building a dedicated in-house branding department to lead the creative direction and communication strategy of the brand across digital and offline platforms . This robust team will be at the core of shaping MSA’s visual identity, campaign narratives, and market presence. While their primary focus will be on strengthening MSA’s brand voice , they will also extend their expertise to support the branding needs of our sister concerns , ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand alignment across the board. We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer with around 1 year of hands-on experience to join our newly formed in-house branding team. What You’ll Be Doing at MSA As a Content Writer in MSA’s newly formed in-house branding team, you won’t just be writing, you'll be shaping how our brand speaks to the world. You’ll create content that connects, informs, and converts ranging from snappy social media copy , Instagram-first storytelling , and LinkedIn thought leadership posts , to long-form blogs, newsletters, and website articles . You'll also take the lead in writing marketing collateral such as brochures, landing pages, emailers, campaign presentations, and product/service descriptions all aligned with MSA’s tone and purpose. A key part of your role will be to assist in scripting content for videos, product explainers, and training modules , helping transform complex clinical or product insights into easy-to-understand, engaging narratives. You’ll work closely with our branding team to develop visually aligned content , brainstorm campaign ideas, and bring concepts to life across digital and offline formats. You'll be responsible for managing content calendars , maintaining consistent publishing schedules, and contributing to the overall content strategy with data-backed suggestions and creative direction. As the brand voice behind the scenes, you'll also contribute to building the C-suite’s personal brand , supporting them with impactful LinkedIn posts, articles, and professional communication. Additionally, you’ll write for our sister brands , adapting your style to preserve each brand’s unique identity while maintaining coherence across the brand ecosystem. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications , or a related field Has 1+ years of hands-on content writing experience , preferably in healthcare, dental tech, or wellness sectors Understands basic SEO principles , including keyword research and content optimization Possesses strong copywriting skills clear, persuasive, and tailored to the audience and platform Is comfortable creating Instagram-first content , including storytelling-based carousels and short-form posts Can research and produce long-form content such as blogs, LinkedIn articles, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces Enjoys working collaboratively with designers, marketers, and senior leadership to bring ideas to life Has excellent grammar, adaptability, and attention to detail , with a strong sense of brand tone and voice Bonus if you have: A background in dentistry or dental-related fields that enhances your writing contextually
