Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Manager/Assistant Manager – Partnerships who can drive strategic collaborations with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers of Fintech, E-commerce, D2C, and Manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will lead LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, meeting setups, and event-based networking to promote Enterslice services in Fintech Regulation, Tax, Legal, Audit, BIS Certification, Environmental Clearance, EPR Compliance, Factory Licensing, and other manufacturing-related regulatory services. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Partnership Development & Outreach

- Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach to connect with Fintech founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and heads of manufacturing and e-commerce firms. 

- Execute cold call campaigns to introduce Enterslice services and schedule meetings with key stakeholders. 

- Identify potential clients in target industries and maintain a strong outreach pipeline. 

- Pitch Enterslice services such as: 

  ‱ Fintech & NBFC Regulatory Advisory (RBI, SEBI, IRDA) 

  ‱ Tax, Legal, and Audit Compliance 

  ‱ BIS/ISI Certification, CRS/FMCS Registration 

  ‱ Environmental Clearance (EC, EIA), Pollution Board CTE/CTO Approvals 

  ‱ EPR Authorization (Plastic/WEEE/Battery) 

  ‱ Factory Licensing, Weights & Measures Registration, ISO Certifications 

2. Meetings, Networking, and Relationship Building

- Fix and attend virtual and physical meetings with CXOs and decision-makers. 

- Represent Enterslice at industry conferences, networking events, trade fairs, and webinars to build relationships and expand visibility. 

- Organize corporate partnership events, workshops, and webinars to promote Enterslice expertise. 

- Follow up systematically on all leads to build long-term partnerships. 

3. Strategic Collaboration & Revenue Growth

- Develop partnership models, referral agreements, and co-branding initiatives. 

- Coordinate internally with legal, tax, audit, and operations teams to deliver customized partnership proposals. 

- Drive lead conversion, proposal negotiation, and closure of high-value partnership opportunities. 

- Maintain CRM records, outreach analytics, and weekly progress reports. 

4. Market Research & Ecosystem Development

- Map ecosystems across Fintech, Manufacturing, and E-commerce to identify high-value partnership opportunities. 

- Build and maintain an updated database of potential partners, associations, chambers, and trade bodies. 

- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance needs, and policy changes affecting target clients. 

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong LinkedIn networking and cold-calling skills. 

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and executive presentation abilities. 

- Deep understanding of regulatory services, Fintech compliance, and manufacturing certification requirements. 

- Experience in enterprise/B2B sales or partnership development. 

- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and strong follow-up discipline. 

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in engaging CXO-level professionals. 

Eligibility Criteria

Education: MBA  

Experience: 2–5 years in Partnerships, Business Alliances, or Enterprise Sales (preferably in consulting, SaaS, or financial services sectors). 

Industry Exposure: Fintech, NBFC, Legal, Taxation, Manufacturing, or E-commerce preferred. 

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

- Number of qualified CXO meetings fixed and completed. 

- Monthly revenue generated through partnership channels. 

- Conversion rate from outreach to signed collaborations. 

- LinkedIn engagement and SSI score improvement. 

- Event participation, networking success, and partner MoUs signed.
