We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Manager/Assistant Manager â Partnerships who can drive strategic collaborations with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers of Fintech, E-commerce, D2C, and Manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will lead LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, meeting setups, and event-based networking to promote Enterslice services in Fintech Regulation, Tax, Legal, Audit, BIS Certification, Environmental Clearance, EPR Compliance, Factory Licensing, and other manufacturing-related regulatory services.Â
- Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach to connect with Fintech founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and heads of manufacturing and e-commerce firms.Â
- Execute cold call campaigns to introduce Enterslice services and schedule meetings with key stakeholders.Â
- Identify potential clients in target industries and maintain a strong outreach pipeline.Â
- Pitch Enterslice services such as:Â
 ⹠Fintech & NBFC Regulatory Advisory (RBI, SEBI, IRDA)Â
 ⹠Tax, Legal, and Audit ComplianceÂ
 ⹠BIS/ISI Certification, CRS/FMCS RegistrationÂ
 ⹠Environmental Clearance (EC, EIA), Pollution Board CTE/CTO ApprovalsÂ
 ⹠EPR Authorization (Plastic/WEEE/Battery)Â
 ⹠Factory Licensing, Weights & Measures Registration, ISO CertificationsÂ
- Fix and attend virtual and physical meetings with CXOs and decision-makers.Â
- Represent Enterslice at industry conferences, networking events, trade fairs, and webinars to build relationships and expand visibility.Â
- Organize corporate partnership events, workshops, and webinars to promote Enterslice expertise.Â
- Follow up systematically on all leads to build long-term partnerships.Â
- Develop partnership models, referral agreements, and co-branding initiatives.Â
- Coordinate internally with legal, tax, audit, and operations teams to deliver customized partnership proposals.Â
- Drive lead conversion, proposal negotiation, and closure of high-value partnership opportunities.Â
- Maintain CRM records, outreach analytics, and weekly progress reports.Â
- Map ecosystems across Fintech, Manufacturing, and E-commerce to identify high-value partnership opportunities.Â
- Build and maintain an updated database of potential partners, associations, chambers, and trade bodies.Â
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance needs, and policy changes affecting target clients.Â
- Strong LinkedIn networking and cold-calling skills.Â
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and executive presentation abilities.Â
- Deep understanding of regulatory services, Fintech compliance, and manufacturing certification requirements.Â
- Experience in enterprise/B2B sales or partnership development.Â
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and strong follow-up discipline.Â
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in engaging CXO-level professionals.Â
Education: MBA Â
Experience: 2â5 years in Partnerships, Business Alliances, or Enterprise Sales (preferably in consulting, SaaS, or financial services sectors).Â
Industry Exposure: Fintech, NBFC, Legal, Taxation, Manufacturing, or E-commerce preferred.Â
- Number of qualified CXO meetings fixed and completed.Â
- Monthly revenue generated through partnership channels.Â
- Conversion rate from outreach to signed collaborations.Â
- LinkedIn engagement and SSI score improvement.Â
- Event participation, networking success, and partner MoUs signed.Â
- Work directly with CXOs and Founders in high-growth sectors like Fintech, NBFC, and Manufacturing.Â
- Exposure to multi-sector regulatory consulting and global expansion services.Â
