Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard healthcare and wellness partners under welUp.
• Approach and onboard D2C brands for SaveIN’s Pay Later (no-cost/low-cost EMI) solutions.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clinics, diagnostic centers, wellness chains, aggregators, and consumer brands.
• Design and execute partnership strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership terms ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless onboarding, enablement, and continuous optimization.
• Track performance metrics to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and higher utilization.
• Upsell and cross-sell SaveIN’s financing solutions to existing partners.
• Work with GTM teams to create scalable partnership models and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate;

  MBA preferred

  .
• 4–7 years of experience in

  partnerships, alliances, or business development

  in

  healthcare, fintech, or SaaS

  .
• Proven success in

  acquiring and managing B2B or D2C partnerships

  .
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive deals independently from prospecting to closure.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to partnership performance.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, high-growth environment
