Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership

• Own the annual supply chain budgeting cycle covering Opex, Capex, and production metrics, with accountability for achieving financial and operational targets.
• Lead cost optimization programs by analyzing cost structures, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring operational scalability.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives with measurable impact on supply chain efficiency and business profitability.
  

Data-Driven Business Partnering

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade performance dashboards and analytics frameworks to enable proactive decision-making.
• Provide leadership with advanced scenario modeling, trend analysis, and predictive insights that guide strategic planning.
• Act as a business partner to senior leadership, ensuring supply chain strategies align with long-term business objectives.
  

Synergies & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead and align all sub-functions within SCM (Manufacturing, Planning, Costing, Quality, and Logistics) into one cohesive performance-driven unit.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure supply chain strategies directly support enterprise growth.
• Partner with CXOs and senior leaders to influence key decisions with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  

Innovation & Digital Transformation

• Champion adoption of advanced SCM technologies, automation, and reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP) to accelerate decision-making and build a data-first culture.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, embedding innovation and continuous improvement across the supply chain ecosystem.
  

Leadership, Reporting & Factory Optimization

• Deliver high-impact business reviews, executive reports, and board-level presentations.
• Drive regular plant and factory assessments to optimize performance, ensuring alignment with global benchmarks and efficiency targets.
  

WAT ZOEKEN WE?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications in supply chain, analytics, or digital tools strongly preferred.
  

Experience & Expertise

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, financial planning, and operational optimization in a manufacturing or operations-heavy environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost efficiency, process optimization, and supply chain transformation.
  

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).

• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into decisive action.
• Strong communication and executive presence for engaging senior stakeholders.
