Operations Excellence Lead

Role Overview: You will be a part of the People Experience (PX) team at Google, specifically within the PX STACK (Strategy Transformation Automation Content and Knowledge) team. The primary focus of STACK is to transform Google's people operations service delivery, aiming to simplify day-to-day activities and create extraordinary experiences for employees through intelligent operations and leveraging AI and ML technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the performance of current service delivery models using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Develop data-driven business cases that outline problem statements, proposed solutions, and expected Return on Investment (ROI) to secure stakeholder buy-in for process and service enhancements. - Collaborate with Service, Product, and Engineering teams to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation. - Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing risks, and providing progress reports to stakeholders. - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and implement process changes effectively. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
