Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide MDM strategy.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MDM platforms, data governance, and data quality management, ensuring accurate and consistent master data across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- MDM Strategy & Design: Define and implement an enterprise MDM architecture aligned with business objectives. Design scalable and sustainable
- MDM solutions for domains such as Customer, Product, Pricing data. Evaluate and recommend MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica MDM)Implementation & Integration: Lead end-to-end MDM implementation, including data modeling, workflows, match-merge rules, and survivorship.
- Integrate MDM with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and other enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data flow across transactional and analytical systems.
- Data Governance & Quality: Establish data governance policies, stewardship, and ownership frameworks.
- Define data quality rules, KPIs, and remediation processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to enforce data standards. Technical Leadership:
- Provide thought leadership on MDM best practices and emerging trends. Mentor data teams and drive adoption of MDM principles. Troubleshoot and optimize MDM performance issues. Compliance & Security: Ensure MDM solutions comply with global regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Implement role-based access controls and data security measures.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:10+ years in MDM architecture, data management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with leading MDM tools (Reltio, Informatica MDM).Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, APIs, and cloud-based MDM solutions.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals Skills: Expertise in SQL, data integration, and master data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
