About Aaytham Consulting(AyC)

Aaytham Consulting is seeking a proactive, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of building AyC’s brand presence and driving high-quality leads across multiple channels. This role requires someone who can independently plan and lead marketing initiatives while guiding internal teams, coordinating with sales, and ensuring consistent brand visibility.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and can confidently lead AyC’s marketing function.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Strategy, Brand Promotion & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to enhance AyC’s brand presence across online and offline channels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimise marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Emailers, Offline Outreach, Industry Groups, and Networking Platforms.
  • Design, plan, and execute monthly promotional campaigns and targeted outreach activities.
  • Develop seasonal/promotional offers for AyC’s services aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure strong brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

2.Content and Collateral Creation Oversight

  • Lead the creation and review of marketing collaterals: brochures, pitch decks, flyers, service documents, and campaign materials.
  • Work closely with the creative/design team to ensure high-quality visuals and brand-aligned content.
  • Write, review, and approve marketing copy, social media posts, and campaign messaging.

3.Lead Generation,Funnel Management & Monitoring

  • Drive organic and paid lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor all inbound leads from campaigns, the website, social media, and offline outreach.
  • Ensure effective lead qualification, categorisation, and timely handover to the Sales team.
  • Supervise the maintenance of CRM systems and lead tracking sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Analyse lead quality and optimise campaigns for better conversion rates.

4.Market Research, Targeting & Competitive Analysis

  • Identify high-potential industries, segments, and decision-makers relevant to AyC’s consulting services.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine marketing strategies.
  • Recommend new outreach channels, marketing tools, and lead-generation tactics.
  • Share insights with leadership to enhance positioning and campaign effectiveness.

5.Team Coordination, Leadership & Reporting

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — Sales, Design, Consulting, Tech — to ensure seamless marketing operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members or interns involved in marketing activities.
  • Present regular reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead volume/quality, and progress against KPIs.
  • Lead weekly marketing meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience

    in Marketing, Lead Generation, Brand Promotions, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email Marketing, WhatsApp).
  • Experience in planning and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing marketing materials (pamphlets, brochures, flyers, pitch decks).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and copywriting skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong ownership and prioritisation.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Highly proactive, creative, and capable of independently driving the marketing function.
