Now we need the Voice.We are looking for a Marketing Generalist who is chronically online, obsessed with aesthetics, and thinks like a founder. You aren't just posting; you're building the entire digital footprint for a movement in women’s safety.THE GIG* Bridge the Gap: You’ll take high-level strategy and turn it into content that actually stops the scroll.* Content Engine: You can shoot a cinematic Reel on your iPhone, edit it in CapCut/Premiere, write the copy, and post it before lunch.* Webmaster Lite: You aren't a dev, but you can handle basic website updates, spin up a landing page, and keep our digital shop looking fresh.* Design Wizardry: Beyond social, you can whip up a pitch deck, a brochure, or a brand asset that looks premium (Canva/Figma/Adobe).* The Data Loop: You aren't just driving traffic; you're capturing it. You track site visits, analyze the behavior, and own the build-out of our customer database (CRM).* Zero Grunt Work: We don't need you to fill out spreadsheets just for show. We need you to create, experiment, and ship.YOU* Get that "safety" doesn't have to be boring.
