As we scale across Delhi, we’re seeking a Business Development Executive to help us establish strategic partnerships that bring our service closer to where people spend their time. About the Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for expanding our network of partner venues across the city. You’ll be the face of UrjaBox to local business owners, pitching the value of installing a power bank rental Cabinet in their location. From coffee shops to coworking spaces, your goal is to identify, engage, and convert high-potential venues into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities Scout and onboard new partner locations (cafés, restaurants, gyms, salons, coworking spaces, etc.) Conduct cold outreach and in-person visits to target zones Present a compelling pitch on how our solution drives footfall, customer satisfaction, and retention Develop strong relationships with venue owners and staff Coordinate with internal teams for installation and onboarding Maintain a consistent pipeline and exceed monthly partnership targets Represent UrjaBox at business meetups, networking events, and trade expos What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field partnerships, or local business development Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confidence and ease in speaking to business owners and decision-makers Strong understanding of the F&B and lifestyle business landscape in Delhi Self-starter with strong time management and accountability Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline Compensation Fixed Salary: 70% Performance Incentives: 30% (linked to monthly and quarterly onboarding targets) Why Join Us?
