Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing talent to hiring and onboarding. Responsibilities include managing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting the company's employer branding initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to identify and secure top talent aligned with our organizational goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies Experience with creating and implementing Employer Branding initiatives Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
