About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing , content creation and performance optimization. In this role, you will lead our day-to-day marketing activities—including campaign execution, social media management, support field marketing for the US region, collaborate with the business development, contribute to ABM programs, and SEO optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth, improve online presence, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities 📌 Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Manage social media marketing to drive engagement and thought leadership. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking. Improve website visibility and lead generation through SEO and SMM strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and brand initiatives. Track KPIs, generate insights, and prepare performance reports using analytics tools. Work closely with Business Development to align campaigns with prospecting priorities. Field Marketing and ABM Support Collaborate with the US field sales teams to support region-specific initiatives. Assist in executing ABM campaigns—account research, content personalization, landing pages, and campaign tracking. Support webinars, virtual events, and partner-driven GTM activities. ✍️ Content Creation Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, landing pages, emails, and marketing assets. Produce SEO-friendly content aligned with brand, persona, and funnel stages. Work with designers to produce high-quality creatives and marketing collaterals. Support content needs for ABM, BD, outreach and field campaigns. What We’re Looking For 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, field marketing and social media marketing. Strong understanding of digital strategy, keyword research, and campaign optimization. Solid content writing skills, especially for SEO and top-funnel enagement Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills. A self-driven, highly motivated individual who can work independently and in a team. Nice to Have Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing. Exposure to ABM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp). Understanding of CRM workflows (Salesforce/HubSpot CRM). Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Figma).
