About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Help schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and orientation.
• Assist in maintaining HR records, employee files, and databases.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Work on attendance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and adherence.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
