Talent Acquisition Intern

Mumbai

6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and industries. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination within a startup ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/telephonic screenings
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
  • Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Assist senior recruiters in closing positions within tight timelines
  • Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring trackers
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or final-year student (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and follow-up discipline
