Role Description

This is a full-time remote HR Internship role at Office Solution AI Labs. The intern will support various core HR functions, including assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefit programs. Responsibilities also include participating in recruitment processes, supporting personnel management activities, and actively contributing to HR management strategies. The intern will play a critical role in cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture while gaining hands-on experience in the HR field.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management tasks
  • Understanding of HR Management processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and their administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
