Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We're looking for an HR Intern to join our Operations team to support various HR functions and projects. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

- Maintain employee records and databases

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation

- Support HR team in various projects and initiatives

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
