LOCATION : GURUGRAM (Onsite position) Role Description As a Travel Consultant at 30 Sundays, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. Your primary duties will include: Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences. Curating bespoke itineraries and recommending the best destinations, accommodations, and activities. Addressing customer enquiries through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service. Assisting with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements. Staying current with industry trends and destination information to offer expert advice. Fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
