Job Title: HR Intern

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Qualification: Any graduate (MBA or related field preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)

* Facilitate onboarding and induction processes

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

* Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events

* Assist in performance management and feedback processes

* Help ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws

* Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is a plus)

* 0–2 years of experience in HR or relevant internship experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good organizational and coordination abilities

* Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools

* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
