Technical Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Trainer in Computer Science and Engineering to design and deliver advanced technical training for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The role involves administering platforms such as AWS Academy and Red Hat Academy, managing content and operations on the Learning Management System (LMS), and handling associated academic and administrative responsibilities. Key Roles and Responsibilities:Deliver technical training sessions to B.Tech and M.Tech (CSE) students on emerging technologies including cloud computing, operating systems, and devops tools.Develop and update training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.Administer AWS Academy and Red Hat Academy portals: managing student enrollment, progress tracking, certifications, and platform troubleshooting.Regularly update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with training content, assignments, and student records.Assist faculty and students in effectively utilizing LMS and external learning platforms.Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and feedback.Coordinate with academic departments to align training with curriculum objectives and industry trends.Support lab setup, software tools, and technical infrastructure needed for training.Perform administrative duties such as scheduling training sessions, managing student records, maintaining attendance, and reporting.Stay current with the latest in technology certifications and tools to upgrade training modules as needed. Required Qualifications:B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a recognized university.Strong knowledge in areas such as cloud computing (AWS), Linux/Red Hat systems, and programming fundamentals.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.Ability to manage both technical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
