Technical Trainer

Job Title:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ technical competencies and preparing them for industry opportunities. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs aligned with current industry standards and placement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, bootcamps, and certification-oriented sessions.
• Train students in the following areas: Analysis of Algorithms, Advanced Java Programming, Data Structures (Java), Python Programming, C++ Programming, Data Science
• Align training modules with placement requirements and recruiter expectations.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and mock evaluations.
• Support students in project development, internships, and placement preparation.
• Coordinate with academic departments, placement cell, and industry partners.
• Update training content regularly based on market trends and student feedback.
• Mentor students for technical interviews, hackathons, and competitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following technical domains: Java, Python, C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, Data Science.
• Hands-on experience with industry tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or academic–industry collaboration preferred.
