Technical Trainer

Job Title:

Technical Trainer – SAP Functional & SAP Technical Modules

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Delivery

• Deliver comprehensive training on

  SAP Functional Modules

  such as:
• SAP FICO
• SAP ERP
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP HCM (optional)
• Deliver training on

  SAP Technical Modules

  , including:
• SAP ABAP
• Reports, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF)
• SmartForms, ALV Reports, BAPIs, IDOCs
• Explain

  SAP S/4HANA concepts

  and business process integration.
• Conduct

  hands-on labs

  , real-time scenarios, and case studies.
• Train students on

  end-to-end SAP project lifecycle

  .

Placement & Career Support

• Prepare students for

  SAP certification and placement interviews

  .
• Conduct

  mock interviews, technical assessments, and group discussions

  .
• Guide students on

  SAP career paths

  , resumes, and interview strategies.
• Align training content with

  current SAP job market requirements

  .

Curriculum & Evaluation

• Design and update

  course materials, assignments, and assessments

  .
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and presentations.
• Track student progress and share reports with college management.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Coordinate with placement officers and academic teams.
• Mentor students on professional skills and workplace expectations.
• Maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Tech / MBA (Finance preferred for FICO)

• SAP Certification

  in Functional and/or Technical modules (preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  business processes and SAP integration

  .

Experience:

• 2–6+ years

  of experience in

  SAP Functional and/or Technical roles

  .
• Prior experience as a

  corporate trainer or academic trainer

  is a plus.
• Industry or consulting background preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in

  SAP Functional & Technical Modules

• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

• Ability to teach

  non-experienced students effectively

• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with

  SAP S/4HANA

  and latest trends
