Role Overview: As a Technical Trainer for Compressor Products at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring that both internal employees and external customers possess the necessary technical knowledge and skills to effectively operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Siemens Energy compressors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical training programs on Siemens Energy centrifugal compressor operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for employees, field service teams, and customers. - Collaborate with clients and the sales team to create tailored training solutions that address specific operational needs. - Create and update training materials, ensuring consistency in design, quality, and technical accuracy, while applying innovative learning methods to enhance engagement and retention. - Provide hands-on training at customer sites to ensure practical application of skills. - Support internal employee training initiatives to enhance competencies and readiness to support customers. - Maintain training documentation, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards using the Learning Management System (LMS). Qualifications Required: - Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent technical experience. - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and inspection of centrifugal compressors (experience with reciprocating compressors is a plus). - Strong working knowledge of Siemens Energy centrifugal compressor products, components, and associated systems. - Experience in technical training, with the ability to design and deliver engaging instructional content.
