Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for corporate clients, institutions, and individuals. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, evaluating learners' progress, and continuously improving training approaches. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Training, Training & Development
• Experience as a Technical Trainer with strong instructional and presentation skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to design and implement innovative training programs
• Knowledge of programming, software development, and IT-related subjects is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
