Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist who can drive brand growth through strategic planning, strong campaign execution, and impactful creative ideas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brand strategy, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and creating compelling content across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Communication

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decisions.


Digital & Influencer Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.


Campaign Management

  • Create, manage, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, partnerships, etc.).
  • Develop creative campaign concepts and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Measure campaign success using KPIs and prepare performance reports.


Creative Development

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-impact creatives—graphics, videos, reels, ads, and promotional content.
  • Write and edit content for social media, website, emailers, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track performance.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, influencer marketing, and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, consumer behavior, and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (Canva/Adobe Suite, analytics tools, CRM platforms, etc.).


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
