As we prepare to emerge from stealth, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive — a growth-focused marketing leader who will act as a core founder, drive our entire go-to-market (GTM) and brand strategy, and build a world-class marketing team from the ground up.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for executing the company's GTM and marketing plans across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the CMO and product teams to run campaigns, manage performance and drive measurable growth in awareness, engagement and leads.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can blend creativity with analytics and wants to make an immediate impact in a high-growth startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  B2B SaaS GTM campaigns

  across digital channels — LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid ads, and communities.
• Drive

  user acquisition

  and pipeline growth through targeted outreach, content marketing, and performance campaigns.
• Collaborate with the CMO to implement

  account-based marketing (ABM)

  initiatives and nurture key ICP accounts.
• Conduct ongoing

  competitor and market research

  to optimize GTM positioning and content themes.
• Test and refine new

  growth experiments

  to identify scalable acquisition channels.
• Assist in

  brand launch activities

  — content rollout, partnerships, and media outreach.
• Manage

  campaign operations:

  content scheduling, social posting, email automation, and ad optimization.
• Track campaign

  KPIs

  and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Conduct competitor and market research to refine targeting and positioning.
• Support in building the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics setup).
• Execute influencer, community, and partnership outreach as part of growth campaigns.
• Experiment with A/B testing and rapid iteration to find winning GTM playbooks.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in

  B2B SaaS or tech marketing execution

  .
• Solid understanding of the

  SaaS buyer journey, lead funnel, and GTM metrics

  .
• Proficiency with tools like

  HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Notion

• Experience in Google Tag Manager 
• Experience executing

  LinkedIn and email lead-generation campaigns

  .
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Creative, agile, and data-driven mindset — thrives on testing, measuring, and optimizing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a lean startup setup.
• Knowledge in Pre-launch, Product launch and post launch of products
